Branch Membership 2023

All maternal and paternal descendants of Loyalists are entitled to be regular members, along with anyone interested in the era. More information is located on the Dominion website at UELAC Membership.

Memberships can now be managed online. Go to the website uelac.ca to make a new membership or renew an existing one. You login with your email address. Payment can be made by credit on the website. If you prefer to use interac transfer or cheque, please contact our Membership Coordinator Bill Simpson at williamsimpson(@)live.ca or open the 2023 Renewal form.

Our current membership is about 70 memberships, either family or individual.

Calgary Branch Individual Membership fee is $50.00 per year

Calgary Branch Family Membership fee is $70.00 per year

Branch Only Membership fee is $10.00  per year (must also have a full membership in another branch).

We have a half year membership which starts on July 1.

Membership fee includes branch newsletters and two Loyalist Gazette magazines published by the Dominion.  The Gazette is distributed in the spring and fall.

Our branch has a minimum of two dinner meetings per year. During COVID we have been holding virtual meetings.

We encourage anyone who has information that they have a Loyalist ancestor to acquire the proofs necessary to complete a certificate application.  Help is available to assist in the process. Please contact us.
