- 2-3pm — Presentation: “Loyalist Land Grants along the Ottawa (Grand) River in 1788,” by George Neville
- 3-4pm — Presentation: “Capital City Treasures,” by Marilyn Schwartz
- 4-5pm — Hospitality Suite
- 5:30-9pm — Reception featuring Algonguin Elder Albert Dumont at La Ferme Rouge (located in the conference hotel – Doubletree by Hilton, 1170 Aylmer Road, Gatineau, Quebec)

- 8-8:30am — Registration
- 9am — load tour buses:
- Tour A: Rideau Valley Tour (9am-4pm, lunch included) to Watsons Mill in Manotick; Merrickville, with lunch and a walking tour, including the Merrickville Blockhouse; and the Goulbourn Museum, in Stittsville; led by Brian Tackaberry
- Tour B: Ottawa Tour (9am-4pm, lunch extra) to the War Museum, Rideau Hall, and Museum of History, led by Craig Sweetnam
- Tour C: Archive Tour (9am-1pm, lunch included) at the City of Ottawa Archives, featuring research 9:30am-12pm and on-site lunch 12-1pm
- 3-4pm — Presentation: “Jonathan Sewell: Chief Justice of Lower Canada,” by Valerie Knowles
- 4-5pm — Registration
- 5:30pm - 9pm — Banquet with entertainment by Carolynne Davy & Edith Troup, a medley of songs popular among early settlers

- 2-4pm — Workshop: “Writing Loyalist Family History,” by Jean Rae Baxter (Hotel - Chaudiere B)
- 2-3pm — Presentation: “Traitors, Spies and Heroes: Loyalist Espionage,” by Jennifer DeBruin (Hotel - Frontenac)
- 3-4pm — Presentation: “Researching Your Loyalist Roots on Ancestry,” by Lesley Anderson (Hotel - Frontenac)
- 5:30pm - 9pm — Gala Banquet with presentation: “From Controversy to Compromise: The Origins of Canada's National Flag,” by Glenn Wright
Sunday, June 2, 2019
- 9:30am — Buses depart for Sunday Church Service
- 10:00am — Service at Christ Church Aylmer (101 rue Symmes, Aylmer sector, Gatineau, Quebec), led by Reverend Canon Mary Ellen Berry
- 12-1pm — The hotel restaurant, La Ferme Rouge, is open for lunch (located in the conference hotel – Doubletree by Hilton, 1170 Aylmer Road, Gatineau, Quebec)
- 1pm — Goodbyes
