Please note that we have been informed that the Doubletree is already fully booked up for Wednesday, and the remaining rooms at the conference for the conference dates are booking up fast. We recommend you contact the hotel as soon as possible to ensure getting a room at the rates we quoted.

For those who have to arrive on Wednesday or before, but still want to be at Doubletree on Thursday through Sunday, we have several recommendations.

(Note: for those planning to use taxis, the hotels in Gatineau are the best bet.

Note, all these locations are a fair distance away from the Doubletree, but give you an option for one night to avoid the high prices of downtown Ottawa Hotels, as well as close to where you arrive once you get to the National Capital area by car, plane or train.

Ideal convenient locations just off Highway 417 for those driving to Ottawa from west of city who plan to arrive for the conference on Wednesday or earlier. All are under $200 a night.
