The Harriet Irving Library The Harriet Irving Library at the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton, N.B. is a repository of Loyalist resources which is unique in Canada. The Loyalist Collection is a special collection on microfilm of British, North American Colonial, and early Canadian primary sources from approximately 1760 - 1867. The chief focus is directed toward the American Revolution and the early years of Loyalist settlement in British North America.

The New Brunswick Provincial Archives Established in 1967, the Provincial Archives of New Brunswick collects and preserves the documents of the people, institutions and government of the province. It is a branch of the Department of Supply and Services.

The Loyalist Gazette The Gazette contains articles and pictures of particular interest to those with an interest in the American Revolutionary War period in history.

Ruby Cusack Ruby has a column in the Saint John Times Globe called "The Good Life". It is an excellent source of informaton about Genealogy in the Saint John area and a very interesting site.

Cyndi's List This site is another excellent spot to look up Loyalist heritage, with many links to other resources and links to local resources.

Saint John Freenet The primary focus of the Saint John Free-Net is to provide on-line access to Information and Services that relate to Saint John and surrounding area.

new-brunswick.net This is a good New Brunswick site with links to NB weather, Fundy Whales and Towns and Cities. The Saint John section has sections on an Events Calendar, Local History, and the Marco Polo. This site also has links to the New Brunswick Bulletin Board and Web Chat where you can leave messages about ancestors.

Loyalist Settlers in the Bahamas. The names of Loyalist settlers and grants of land which they received from the Bahamian government 1778-1783. This is abstracted from "The Early Settlers of the Bahama Islands with Account of the American Revolution", by A. Talbot Bethell (1930).
