UELAC Annual General Meeting 2019

Under the UELAC bylaws as approved and implemented in 2013, all current members of the UELAC who are over 18 years of age are entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting - to be held Saturday, 01 June 2019 at 9:30 a.m. at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel, 1170 chemin d’Aylmer, Gatineau, QC, J9H 7L1

Members may attend the meeting and vote in person, or vote by proxy (see below for deadlines and instructions for proxies, as noted in the Notice of Meeting).

A package of reports and a proxy form will sometime in April be available to members, but a userid and password will be required.

Read the Notice of Meeting. It has information about proxies, and the deadlines by which proxies must be received. Note that a person attending the AGM may carry any number of proxies.
