Wife Name : John married Sarah Northrup (daughter of another Loyalist, Benajah Northrup who settled near Kingston). She was born Dec 10 1771 in Ridgefield Conn and died April 3 1839 in Kingston.

Biography : John was also awarded 200 acres (in 1790 Lot No. 30) by the Crown near Kingston NB (Shamper's Bluff) where he and his wife and 3 of his younger children are buried.
