Children : Peter Lampman Sr. and Elizabetha Haines had five children:

(1) Peter Lampman Senior's eldest child Frederick Lampman was born in Thorold, Quebec, (now Ontario) British North America in 1785 and died in Thorold, Ontario, Canada in 1867.

(2) His second eldest child Peter Lampman, Jr. was born in Thorold, Quebec, (now Ontario) British North America in August 17, 1787 and died March 26, 1870.

(3) John Lampman born in Thorold, Quebec, (now Ontario) British North America in 1790. He John Lampman settled along Ridge Road ( now Queenston Road) in the hamlet of the Upper Ten on Ten Mile Creek (later called Homer), in the Township of Grantham where he died in 1875).

(4) Elizabeth Ann Lampman born 1794 in Thorold, Upper Canada and died in 1832.

(5) Mary Magadele Lampman born 1797 in Thorold, Upper Canada and died in 1879.
Biography : Family tradition asserts that as early as 1783 Peter Lampman crossed the Niagara River with his brother-in-law, Adam Haines. They began clearing land in spots they found satisfactory, Peter in the future Thorold Township and Adam just west of Twelve Mile Creek in the future Grantham Township.
